I have been in the business of changing lives for more than 10 years. I think everyone deserves to be healthy and happy. I believe in a positive approach to your health, self and others. I have personally helped numerous people lose weight and keep it off, as well increase sport performance in student athletes and weekend warriors. I’ve also helped my clients develop diet plans that actually work.

This is my gift and it’s what I was called to do. Now, I have Mike Melloh along side of me as we pursue this new journey to help you get healthy and change your life.

I have developed a complete program fueled by passion, results and a genuine interest in helping people. This sets 1 & Only Fitness apart from all the others. I’m very excited and proud to be a part of the 1 & Only Fitness team. This gym has an amazing staff and we’re all dedicated to helping you achieve your goals in and outside of the gym!

I currently hold 4 certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), including: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Group Personal Training Specialist (GPTS), Speed, Agility & Quickness Specialist (SAQ) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS). I also hold a L1 TRX Suspension Training certification. In addition to training, I coach a 15U AAU Boys Basketball team and assistant coach a 17U AAU Boys Basketball team.

I graduated from Ball State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts and worked as a media professional until I decided to follow my true passion into the world of fitness. I was born & raised in Indianapolis and look forward to growing with 1 & Only Fitness as we become the go-to source for all health related services in the Fishers, IN community and beyond.

When deciding to become a Personal Trainer my main focus was on improving an individual’s overall physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Coming upon 1 & Only fitness opened the door to that opportunity. By setting the baseline of what they had to offer and then allowing me to throw my own niche and style into the mix I can now put my full effort in not only promoting how beneficial your overall health is, but provide you the motivation and tools that will accomplish your set goals.

In 2014, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences from Franklin College. Along the way I have shadowed various Personal Trainers and Physical Therapists that I have learned techniques and exercises from both the workout and rehabilitation sides of physique and mobility improvement. On the coaching side of things I have served as the Head Boys Track and Field Coach and Assistant Football Coach at Indian Creek High School the past 2 years. There I specialized in improving athletes running form to increase their overall speed, agility, and acceleration. Sports have been a main interest and hobby throughout my whole life and now I have a chance to work in an industry that surrounds me in that atmosphere every day.

Fitness is a journey. One that opens doors to new opportunities, allows you to recognize your strengths and weaknesses to become the best version of you. I believe that exercise is power, not only within your body but within your mind and soul. Exercise promotes the power to make a positive change and encourage healthy habits that translate into a lifestyle.

I graduated from IUPUI in 2013 with a degree in Public Safety Management. Knowing that wasn’t my true passion, I decided to follow my heart and enter the fitness industry. I have been always been interested in health and fitness since a young age and wanted to share my passion with others. Along with fitness, I am passionate about traveling, international culture, and the beautiful ocean! Having the chance to be part of such a great team at 1 & Only Fitness has fueled a spark that cannot be put out!

I am certified through American Council on Exercise (ACE) and am continuing my education regularly. My goal is to use my passion for health and fitness to help others achieve the best version of them inside and out! Everyone has different goals, from: weight loss, muscle hypertrophy, to just moving around better on a daily basis, we are dedicated to helping you reach your goals!

I am grateful for the opportunity to work at a gym that cares for it members the way 1 & Only does.  My intent on getting into the fitness industry was to help people reach their fitness goals as well as have a better quality of life.  Health and fitness are essentials that hit home with me because I saw how poor health can affect an individual and a family.  My father had a stroke at an early age and I would tag along with him to his physical therapy appointments.  I saw great progress in his health as well as his overall well-being, so I began writing up exercise programs that I believed would help with his recovery.

Getting first-hand experience with a physical therapist and seeing how it bettered the quality of my dad’s life left an impression on me that continues every day.  My dad’s successful recovery drove me to want to be a part of something that was bigger than me.  As time went on I began writing up programs for friends trying to put on some mass or lose a couple pounds before their big spring break trip.  It became a snowball effect that turned into me working with college and pro athletes that translated on the court or field.

I graduated from Marian University with a B.A. in Sport Performance in December of 2015.  Along with my education, I had the privilege of playing Division-1 baseball as well as Independent Professional baseball. Since then, I have spent my time personal training along with coaching baseball at the high school and collegiate levels.

I specialize in anything you need whether it be weight loss, strength training, sport performance, functional training, and rehabilitation.  What I can do to get you started on the right path, I WILL!  Let’s get started on the new and improved you!
